There were days where I was excited to meditate and loved it, days I was dreading it and it was hard and days where I dreaded it but it ended up being such a relief. No matter what, the important thing was making the time to meditate whether I wanted to or not. I got the benefits of making time to sit quietly and be with myself either way.
Good luck to all with your practice! If you’re still struggling don’t give up, a stable and reliable practice is possible! If you’re already on track then keep it up!
