awesome tip. the Keyboard Shortcuts customizability in Snow Leopard is fantastic. that being said, i’ve found much sanity in these two apps which take things a bit further:

SIZEUP: http://www.irradiatedsoftware.com/sizeup/
CINCH: http://www.irradiatedsoftware.com/cinch/

one is the keyboard version, the other is the mouse drag version

both indespensable and totally affordable. if you need to be able to (gulp, do what windows 7 can do) on your mac and snap two safari windows as 50% left and 50% right of your screen. or two finder windows…. ect.

anyhow. great tip, just wanted to add these other options i found and am finding hard to be without them when using other peoples Macs!

I’m not sure what kind of photo timer you mean. For the plugin slam my intention was that people with choose WordPress plugins that they like and present them. Your screechy thing isn’t a WP plugin is it?

If you’re looking for personal gallery themes then doing a google search for WordPress Portfolio theme might help.

You probably saw my message to the WordCamp montreal list right? You know you can reply there if you want instead of coming to my blog :)

i’d like a discussion of kool gallery themes/plugins or whatever for artists who want to show work in a clean
gallery kinda of format!

I like the plugin slam idea 2 mins and I have a BIG glow in the dark photo timer with a kool screechy alarm sound! shall i bring it?!!

Oh man, that’s a pretty intense squatter link. I think it might be gone forever tragically. It was printed in Joey’s book “It’s too late to say I’m sorry”, and on the book’s website he links to the same article as me. I’ll email him and let him know in case he wants to put it up elsewhere.

Okay. So it had been awhile since there were comments on this post, then SomeMontrealer posted the text above, and I realized that I no longer want to publish this kind of stuff on my site.

I initially allowed this thread to continue as a kind of honeypot for racist/hateful discussions about French/English relations in Quebec because I was curious and wanted a record of it.

I think that has been satisfied by the people above, and am closing the comments on this post as a way of saying "Please go somewhere else with your ALL CAPS YELLING and angry agendas, posting your crap here just proves you are a troll who spams innapropriate spaces."
